For  instance,  it  is particularly suited to control atmosphere within a chamber, in order to:

-Adjust evaporation during a process such  as  liquid deposition,

-Adjust  exchange  with environment during aging,

-Set  conditions  during  a specific characterization…



The “ACEflow” controller was developed to adjust and drive air humidity for various functions in scientific research and development applications.


It works by mixing of air, or any non-corrosive gases, using two mass flow controllers that are electronically monitored by a unique and single software.  


Combined with bubbling systems, it is possible, by adjusting the ratio of dry/wet flows, to generate gases of controlled relative vapor pressure in water or other volatile compounds, from 0 to 1 (P/P0) instantaneously.  


This systems is thus designed to inject such gases into any closed chamber, to adjust a gas flow up to 5L/min, to set a controlled relative pressure by adjusting dry and wet  flows, to set a humidity level in the case of water by entering a set point value, to locally measure humidity, and to program evolutions of both flow and relative vapor pressure with time.
